Race Information

Start and Finish Line: the start of each race begins poolside at the Troy Aquatic Park at 460 W Staunton Rd, Troy, OH 45373. The kids will finish on the track of the Troy Memorial Stadium. Transition is in the parking lot behind the Troy Aquatic Park.
Parking: parking is available at the Troy Memorial Stadium from Staunton Rd and neighboring Memorial Stadium lot. Additional parking is available int he Hobart Arena parking lot that is adjacent to the venue and also at the ball field on the corner of Staunton Road and N. Market Street.

Packet Pick-Up: kids can pick up their packets at the entrance of the Troy Aquatic Park at 460 W Staunton Rd, Troy, OH 45373 prior to coming to transition. If you are Pre-Registered, go to the table marked Pre-Registered where you will receive your T-shirt, goodie bag, and the volunteer will mark your timing chip # on the top of your hand with a sharpie marker.
Transition: for transition area setup, one adult (for athletes age 8 & under) will be allowed to accompany and help their athlete set up their space prior to their race. We have volunteers and encourage you to allow the volunteers to assist your child, but we do understand that this age group can get full at times. We will allow only ONE adult into the transition area during their race to assist your child. Note that transition racks are not numbered, instead organized by age group; please follow the instructions of the volunteers.
Event Schedule:
Awards: all participants receive a finisher’s medal. Awards are handed out to the top 3 boys and girls in each age group. Since we like to make sure results are accurate and depending on the number of athletes in an age group, please listen for an announcement for when the awards ceremonies will be held. Primary results will be posted on the fence by the award area. Please make sure they look accurate and contact the timing company located in the tent at the finish line immediately if there is an issue. Awards will be given out near the finish line shortly after the last participant in that age group finishes and times have been verified. There is a back drop and 1, 2 & 3 boxes for you to stand on for pictures for every athlete if you’d like.

Adverse Weather: should we encounter adverse weather, we have the right to delay or cancel the start of any of the races and/or stop any of the races and will make all efforts to clear the kids off the course. There are no race refunds due to adverse weather.
